My wife: in 2014 left ovary was removed due to huge cyst and also dermoid, After one year right ovary torsioned. Doctor saved 40%. 3rd ivf - icsi cycle Gonal rFSH 450, with menopure. 5 egg retrieved (22 Jan. 5 fert. 2 day 3 transfer (25th jan, 1 day 5 transfer (27th Jan) and 2 freeze. Beta HCG after 18 days of egg retrieval (9th Feb: 1300 Beta HCG after 25 days of egg retrieval (16th Feb: 69260 Currently on progesterone supplement 3 times a day. Progynova 3 time a day. Heparin inj once Daily. HCG 5000 iu sc. Every 5th day after transfer At 6 week scan all three embryos now attached with confirmed heartbeat. Doctor has advised for embryo reduction. My question is whether to go with two or one baby. Which is more safe with respect to my wife's health? Whether to go with twins or singleton? Her age is 30 and weighing 45 kg with height 5 feet 3 inches.
